Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from By.amarmuric | Yugobaas Media. This policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds for digital products.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

All products are delivered instantly upon payment:

  • Download links appear on your order confirmation page
  • Email sent to your registered address with download links
  • No physical shipping

2. EU WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you normally have 14 days to cancel online purchases.

This right does not apply to our digital products because you receive immediate access. By completing your purchase, you:

  • Expressly consent to immediate delivery
  • Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right

This consent is confirmed via checkbox at checkout.


3. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once you receive access to digital products.

This does not affect your legal rights for defective products (see Section 4).


4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (2-Year EU Guarantee)

Under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU), digital products must work as described and be free from defects for 2 years from purchase.

Contact us if your product:

  • Has broken or corrupted download links
  • Contains defective or incomplete files
  • Doesn't match the product page description
  • Does not work with software we stated it is compatible with on the product page

Response time: Within 3 business days

We will: Resend files, provide fixes, or issue a refund if the problem cannot be resolved. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our decision to issue a refund, using the same payment method you used for purchase.

If we issue a refund: You must delete all copies of the digital product and cease using it.

Note: For defects reported within the first 12 months, we presume the defect existed at the time of delivery unless we can prove otherwise. For defects reported after 12 months, you must demonstrate the defect existed at delivery.


5. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Our products require third-party software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Check the product page for compatibility before purchasing.

We are not responsible for:

  • Missing required software
  • User error or technical knowledge gaps

We are responsible if: Compatibility information on our product page was incorrect or missing.

EU law requires us to provide this standard form, even though withdrawal rights don't apply to immediately delivered digital content:
